Hard-work VS Smart-work

Ever imagined how some of us don't get to sweat before getting what we want? Like i keep telling myself hard-work pays off blah blah blah but honestly smart-work pays off much more better and conveniently.

Wondering why I haven't made that smart decision since have been thinking of it, but yet something keeps holding me back and I keep telling myself your hard-work will pay off one day. In reality my smart-work and decision would have been fetching me a whole lot of cash because after all that's why am working my ass off.

Starting today am working towards my smart decision by working smart and not just hard. Hang in there but remember to make smart decisions and act towards it.
