I personally love to rant when am angry, express myself when am sad, show myself when am happy, challenge myself when am scared, pray to God when in need.
I do a lot of things but sharing my thoughts is something I have just grown to do so well now, either by writing or talking about it to my closed friends.
Yes! they say not everyone deserves to know what is going on in your life, well, no one is saying you should tell everyone, we are only saying if it is something heavy in your heart, it is only best you share your thoughts with someone that cares about you. When you are troubled you act differently, take it or leave it, and it sometimes affects the people around you that really care, leaving them to so many guesses in their heads of what could be the matter because you haven't said a word to them.
Guys are well seated on this table, especially to their partners/girlfriend/Wife. In their mind they think it is best they do not say it, so as not to stress the other person, when in reality, the thoughts of the situation is taking away the good vibe, leading to snapping and moodiness. Thus, becoming a burden to the so called person being protected from the thoughts being shielded.
It is better to share even if they can not help, you sharing gives a better room for more support and understanding and no much judgement or second guessing.
To the few ones that get their closed pals to share their thoughts, but use that in the later to judge, disrespect or mock them well, I would say keep the ball rolling but until you can give a solution to any of those problems, do not in any way open that lousy mouth and say a word of ridicule.
Share your thoughts without fear, do not be ashamed, for some of us do really care about every mood you go through.
Well said! At some point, we need a shoulder to lean on or a listening ear to hear what has burdened our hearts.
